The Moufeed website (“Website”) and related websites and services (together with the Website, the “Service”) are operated by Moufeed ltd, a company registered in England under number 9153136 with a registered office at 15C Mansfield Road, Ilford, IG1 3BA (“Moufeed,” “us,” or “we”). Access and use of the Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”, “Agreement”). These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications. Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the Service. By using any part of the Service, you are also accepting to the notices and disclaimers.
Moufeed provides users with educational content for the purpose of language learning and cultural understanding.
Moufeed may modify the Website or any part of the Service in any way at any time. Moufeed may impose limits on any Service features and/or restrict your access to parts or all of the Moufeed Service without notice or liability.
In connection with registering for and using the Service, you agree: (i) to provide accurate, current and complete information about you and/or your organization as requested by Moufeed; (ii) to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account; (iii) to maintain and promptly update any registration information you provide to Moufeed, to keep such information accurate, current and complete; and (iv) to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account.
Parts of the Service can only be accessed by you by purchasing a subscription. Subscriptions can be valid for 1 month (30 days), 3 months (90 days), or 6 months (180 days). You make an offer to purchase a subscription from us by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase a subscription from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. On receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provide to us when you register. Your confirmation email will contain your order number, details of the subscription, your total payment, and the value of any promocodes used. Once you receive this email your order has been accepted by us. We must receive full payment of the price of the subscription before we can accept any offers. We reserve the right to refuse any offers prior to acceptance.
All prices and charges on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling, or Euros, or US Dollars. The currency you are offered will depend on the IP address of your computer. Moufeed ltd is not VAT registered therefore subscriptions are not subject to VAT.
Promocodes can be added to an offer when selecting a subscription in the ‘Payments and Balance’ section of your account. You can review the value of a promocode before you submit your offer. We reserve the right to refuse any promocodes included in offers prior to acceptance of the offer. You will be notified of this by email.
Moufeed grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Service, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. You may use the Service only for your personal, noncommercial use. Each subscription is for use by one individual. Each additional user requires a separate subscription. You may only use the Service for educational and research purposes.
Each assigned user name for a Moufeed online account is to be used solely by the individual to which it was issued. Requests for multiple user Service subscriptions can be arranged and should be made to Moufeed.
You represent and warrant to Moufeed that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement. If you are under the age of eighteen, you may use this Service only with the consent of your legal guardian or educational authority.
You have a right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 7 days of the moment when your offer was accepted by us and your subscription became live. All cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number. Your subscription fee will be refunded to you in full. After we have received your request for cancellation we aim to refund you within 10 working days.
This section applies to you only if you are a "consumer" as defined in The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 resident within the EU. By accepting this Agreement, you give your consent to us to accept your offer and subsequently start your subscription (supply of the digital content) before the end of the cancellation period provided for in regulation 30(1) (the so-called ‘cooling-off period’ of 14 days), and you acknowledge that the right to cancel the contract under regulation 29(1) will be lost.
Moufeed may change fees or fee structure for any product or service at any time.
Moufeed reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to our Service, fee-based or otherwise, in whole or in part, with respect to any breach or suspended breach of any portion of this Agreement. In the event of such a termination, there will be no refunds for unused time. Moufeed reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you in the future.

You represent and warrant to Moufeed that your access and use of the Service will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the United Kingdom and any other relevant jurisdiction, including those regarding online conduct or acceptable content, and those regarding the transmission of data or information exported from the United Kingdom and/or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You will not upload, display or otherwise provide on or through the Service any content that: (i) is libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive or otherwise violates any law or infringes upon the right of any third party (including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights); or (ii) in Moufeed’s sole judgment, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Service or which may expose Moufeed or its users to any harm or liability of any kind.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Moufeed and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and damages whatsoever, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service, any false representation made to us (as part of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise), your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any claim that any translation we provide to you is inaccurate, inappropriate or defective in any way whatsoever.
The Service (including all content, software, functions, fee-based services, materials and information made available thereon or accessed by means thereof) are provided ‘as is’, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, compatibility, security, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Moufeed and its affiliates make no warranties and shall not be liable for the use of this site under any circumstances, including but not limited to negligence by Moufeed. Moufeed does not warrant that the functions contained in the Service, fee-based or otherwise, will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service will meet any particular criteria of performance or quality, or that the Service, including forums or the server(s) on which the site is operated, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Access and use of the Service may be unavailable during periods of peak demand, system upgrades, malfunctions or scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or for other reason. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Use of the site is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your downloading, accessing or use of files, information, communications, content, or other material (including without limitation software) accessed through or obtained by means of the Service. Under no circumstances shall Moufeed or its affiliates, or any provider of telecommunications or network services for Moufeed or the affiliates, be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the Service including fee-based services, even if Moufeed, its affiliates, or their providers of telecommunications or network services has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of Moufeed and the affiliates hereunder is limited to the amount, if any, actually paid by you for access and use of the fee-based services. You hereby release Moufeed and its affiliates from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
All content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, information, software, audio and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the "Service Content"), are the proprietary property of Moufeed. Moufeed retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service Content. No Service Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, other than as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions. You may not use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods to obtain Service Content.
If you are a copyright owner and have a good faith belief that any material available through the service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to Moufeed by providing us with the following information in writing:

“Moufeed” and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Service are trademarks or service marks of Moufeed or their respective owners. Access and use of the Service does not grant or provide you with the right or license to reproduce or otherwise use the Moufeed name or any Moufeed or third-party trademarks, service marks, graphics or logos.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is located at here. By using the Service, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Moufeed may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions. If we do this, we will post a notice that we have made changes to these Terms and Conditions on the Website for at least 7 days after the changes are posted and will indicate at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions the date these terms were last revised. Any revisions to these Terms and Conditions will become effective the earlier of (i) the end of such 7-day period or (ii) the first time you access or use the Service after such changes. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use, access or participate in the Service.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Moufeed and you concerning the subject matter hereof. In the event that any of the Terms and Conditions are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. A waiver by Moufeed or you of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. Moufeed may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without condition. These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of Moufeed and you, and Moufeed’s and your respective successors and permitted assigns.
